ytd, there was only mbid make up lecture in the morning :D happy happy.. after that, had lunch.. made a trip to tamp G2000 to get a top for my presentation the following week.. not as nice as the one i wanted to get.. which din have my size.. but it was good enough.. buying stuff make me happy :D hahaa..
after which, headed to EXPO.. Crocs sale.. woah.. seriously.. the queue to enter was so freaking long.. imagine.. the sale at hall 4b.. it queued to the entrance of 4a.. snaked it's way back and forth the entire length of hall 4a, to the other entrance of hall 4a.. and out all the way to the toilet just before the entrance to hall5 :S thankfully, the queue moved relatively fast.. and with the help of chit chatting and playing psp.. hahaa.. finally, got in.. and WOAH!!!!!.. the crowd in there was scary.. it's a friday afternoon.. why are there so many people there.. shouldn't people be in school and at work.. gosh.. headed straight to the female shoes first.. went to the size 4 counter.. squeezed my way in and tried a pair of something.. too small.. headed to size 5 counter.. squeezed my way abit more.. got hold of a pair of santa cruz.. abit too tight.. but just put in the bag they provided first.. just in case size 6 was too huge.. headed to the size 6 counter.. HUMONGOUS crowd there :S no more alice or santa cruz.. :S everyone was just standing there waiting for them to 1. open new stock 2. go to the "change your mind" bins and retrieve those that people took and din want anymore..
and i wonder how many guys can say that they had about 30-40girls reaching out to them all at the same time, as if they all want a piece of him.. that's what that guy at size 6 counter experienced.. except.. it wasn't him everyone wanted a piece of.. it was the pair of whatever shoe he was holding in his hand.. size 6 counter was very short of shoes.. and everyone just wanted whatever he had with him.. when he opened a box.. and realised it was a pair of santa cruz.. he was shaking in his pants.. cos there were about 15 or so people wanting that shoe(including myself) i finally squeezed myself to the 2nd row from the front.. and when he held out that pair.. everyone was screaming for it.. he was so afraid he put it back down and said to wait for more to come.. finally.. after a freaking long wait plus resisting all the pushing from the back.. when he gave up waiting for more shoes to come back.. he held up that same pair.. and my hand shot up so fast.. I GOT IT!!! the sense of acheivement.. and the moans of agony surrounding.. all the "aww.. now gotta wait longer" just made me feel so proud and happy of myself :D tried on the shoes.. and.. 'ahh!!!" abit too loose.. but nvm.. just keep first.. then we went over to the guy's section.. which was totally the opposite of the ladies.. although there were little shoes too.. but guys don't hang around and wait for it ar.. hahaa after he got his pair.. we tried it on.. and walked around the entire place in those pair to feel if it's comfortable.. to evaluate which one suits better.. i tried my size 5 and size 6 again and again.. finally decided on a size 6.. and went over to pay.. filled in a survey and get a freebie.. it was those buttons for putting into your crocs.. but my santa cruz has NO HOLES!!! how to put in.. :S ah well.. maybe someone else might want it.. or if i get a pair which has holes next time.. then i can use.. hahaa..
it also comes with 15% discount valid till june 30th.. anyone want? i won't be getting anymore crocs before then.. so i'll give it away if anyone's interested.. :D
came home after that.. so tired.. i slept so early.. at 10pm.. made up for my previous sleepless nights..
